Randi Balena has over two decades of experience in the field of business intelligence and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Developer at DSA since March 2001, Randi specializes in Business Objects 4.1, Web Intelligence, Universe Design, and Security (CMC). Prior to this role, Randi worked as a QA analyst at Quadramed Corporation from March 1998 to March 2001. Randi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Teacher Education from Montclair State University, completed between 1983 and 1987.
