Rassul Fazelat is an experienced professional with a background in talent advisory, headhunting, and recruitment for the data and analytics industry. Rassul is currently serving as the President & CEO of Data Talent Advisors, where they focus on assisting organizations in engaging top-tier talent in the global data and analytics marketplace. Rassul'sresponsibilities at Data Talent Advisors include search preparation, executive headhunting, and technical talent search for various roles in the data and analytics field.

Prior to their current role, Rassul worked as a Community Advisor at LinkedIn, where they provided guidance and support to the LinkedIn community. Rassul also founded Callidio Staffing, a boutique tech recruiting firm that supported Emerging Tech and Fortune 500 HR teams with challenging job requisitions. Additionally, Rassul served as the CEO and founder of NYC BIG DATA VISIONARIES and was an Onsite Consultant for KnowledgeNt BIG DATA Projects.
