Costa Carrara has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Costa started their career at ISM Canada in 1996 as an Operations Technician. Costa worked there until 1999 before moving on to IBM Canada, where they served as an Operations Technician until 2007. At IBM, they then transitioned to the role of AVM/Service Delivery Manager until 2009. Following this, Costa joined CGI as a Client Engagement Manager from 2012 to 2015. Costa also held the position of Incident Management IM/SM at CGI from 2009 to 2013. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Service Account Manager at Datavalet Technologies since September 2016.

Costa Carrara attended Control Data Institute from 1981 to 1982, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. There is no additional information available regarding any certifications or degrees obtained after this educational experience.
