Sarah Abbott

Sarah Abbott has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Senior Business Analyst at Dimension Data in 2001. Sarah then held roles such as Business Analyst at engage ViidaCom, Byte IT, and Exceed Global, where they also served as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, Sarah worked as a Lead Experience Designer at RXP Services, frog, and Data#3. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, channel strategies, business process improvement, and human-centered design.

Sarah Abbott has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Arabic/Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Melbourne in 1984. Sarah later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Scientific and Technical Writing from Deakin University in 1995-1996, followed by a Master of Arts in English from the University of Melbourne in 1990-1991. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2013. Sarah also engaged in Design Thinking Experience at Echos Desirable Futures Lab.
