Venessa Kay

Venessa Kay is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and visual design. As Lead User Experience Designer and Product Design Supervisor at McGraw Hill from November 2022 to January 2025, Venessa supervised design efforts and engaged in concept ideation using Sprint methodology. Prior experience at the University of Arizona included roles as Senior UX/UI Designer and Senior Graphic and Web Designer, leading design for flagship websites and collaborating with teams on various digital initiatives. Venessa began her career as a Senior Product Designer at Stampin' Up! and as a Graphic Designer at SEI Crafts, focusing on innovative product design for the crafting industry. Venessa holds a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration and Design from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Utah State University.
