Inga Shostak

Inga Shostak is a People Project Manager at DataArt, where they lead HR initiatives. They previously held the position of Head of HR Department at ProSteer Group from 2014 to 2019, focusing on HR policies, recruiting processes, and corporate culture development. Inga has also served as an HR manager at several companies, including Euronews and MACRO Consulting, and as Head of Talent Acquisition at an IT Product Company in 2020. They earned a master’s degree in psychology from Lviv Ivan Franko National University in 2007.
