Swati Tendulkar

Swati Tendulkar is the Regional Head of Human Resources at YES BANK, overseeing PAN India Mortgage Loan, Home Loan, and Inclusive and Social Banking since October 2022. Prior to this role, Swati served as an HR Business Partner, focusing on BHR, HR projects, and alternate hiring channels. Swati also led Talent Management at Inditrade Capital Limited and held a significant position at IIFL, where responsibilities included automating HR processes and managing talent for over 18,000 employees. An independent HR consultant from April 2013 to October 2014, Swati specialized in recruitment, employee relations, and streamlining HR processes. Earlier, as Assistant Manager of HR at Loop Mobile, Swati managed HR Information Systems for over 400 employees. Swati holds a PGDHRM in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, an M.Com from the University of Mumbai, and a B.Com in Accounting and Computer Science.
