Olha Dziubina

Olha Dziubina has extensive experience in recruitment and has held various roles throughout their career. Olha started working as a Recruiter at HumanLab IT Recruiting in April 2013 and continued in that position until January 2017. In January 2017, they joined Zfort Group as a Recruiter and worked there until November 2017. Since December 2017, Olha has been working at DataArt, initially as a Recruiting Manager and currently as a Recruitment Lead Manager. Their roles at DataArt have spanned from January 2021 to the present.

Olha Dziubina earned a Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Harkivs'kij Derzhavnij Pedagogicnij Universitet im. G.S. Skovorodi, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. Olha also obtained a certification in Sourcing course from EvoTalents in 2019.
