Divyanshi Rastogi

Divyanshi Rastogi has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Divyanshi started their career at NGB Education Pvt. Ltd. in 2018, where they had a summer internship and gained valuable knowledge in recruitment procedures, HR practices, salary increment policies, employee benefits schemes, and event organization. In 2019, they joined Aryan Solutions Pte Ltd. for a short internship program, where they gained exposure to various technology consulting and staffing services. Later that year, they joined IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as a Human Resources Executive, where they were responsible for HR activities until April 2021. From May 2021 to January 2022, they worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, gaining experience in managing HR functions. Currently, they are working as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Charles Hudson Technology Solutions Inc. since January 2022.

Divyanshi Rastogi completed Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Lucknow from 2014 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the same university from 2017 to 2019.
