Doug Hollenbaugh

Doug Hollenbaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management, construction, and critical infrastructure support. Currently serving as the Construction Division Manager at RETech since February 2023, Doug previously held various roles at Lumen Technologies, including Facilities Manager for the NA Central Region and Sr. Manager for Critical Infrastructure Tech Support in the NA West Region, from September 2012 to March 2023. Doug's career also includes positions at Level 3 Communications as a Critical Infrastructure Automation Engineer and at Johnson Controls Inc. as a Customer Business Manager, focusing on facility operations and management. Doug holds an Associate degree in Building Operations and HVAC/R from San Diego Tech (1991-1992) and completed high school at Boulder High (1980-1984).
