Esther McLeroy

Esther McLeroy currently serves as the VP of Growth Marketing at DataBank, focusing on growth marketing, digital strategy, operations, analytics, and field marketing since October 2019. Prior to this role, Esther held multiple positions at Pepperstone, ultimately as the Senior Director of Digital Strategy, Marketing Operations, & Analytics, and at Xerox as a Marketing Manager. Additional experience includes roles at New West Agency, Aramark, and as various marketing and social media internships. Esther holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
