Fernanda Aldrette

Fernanda Aldrette has held various roles in the corporate and non-profit sectors since 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Managing Director of Foundation at Clínicas del Azúcar, where they were responsible for administrative, financial, and accounting management of the foundation, strategic alliances, team leadership, e-learning, health promotion, public health, treatment of patients with diabetes, and fundraising. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a UN Volunteer at the World Food Programme, where they developed the Visibility/Communication Plan for the area: Capacity Building and the National Training Plan on climate change and food security with a gender focus. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Business Incubator Coordinator at IMPAQTO Ecuador, where they designed and executed more than 15 incubation and pre-acceleration programs, recruited more than 80 early stage ventures, and promoted the creation and development of more than 50 triple-impact ventures in Ecuador. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Director of Corporate Training and Head of Marketing and Communication at handytec, where they developed the business model for the Data Science and Big Data academy, understood customers' analytical challenges, and designed innovative training programs. In 2019, they became the Founder & CEO of Databits.

Fernanda Aldrette obtained a B.A. in Nutrition and Wellness with a minor in Leadership for Social Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2009 and 2014.
