Andrew Wilhelms has a diverse work experience in talent management and leadership development. Andrew has held leadership roles at companies like Databricks, Twilio Inc., Tesla, McKesson, University of Southern California, and Linkage, Inc. Notably, they have served as a Head of Talent Management, VP of Talent Management, Head of Global Leadership Development, and Vice President of International TM and Cultural Integration, among others. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing talent strategies aligned with business objectives and developing leaders at every level of the organization.

Andrew Wilhelms completed their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of California, Berkeley from 2000 to 2003. Later, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Strategy and Finance at USC Marshall School of Business from 2008 to 2009.
