Maria Ornelas

Maria Ornelas has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Maria began their career at bp as a Project Manager from March 2011 to April 2015. Maria then joined Tesoro Corporation as a Training Coordinator from April 2015 to August 2016. Maria continued their career at Andeavor as a Business Training Specialist from August 2016 to May 2018, and later became a Training Operations & Support Supervisor from May 2018 to January 2021. From December 2019 to January 2021, they worked at Marathon Petroleum Corporation as a Training Supervisor. Maria's recent experience includes working at Delek US Holdings, Inc., where they were a Senior Manager of Learning Development from January 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations Learning & Development at Delek US Holdings, Inc.

Maria Ornelas earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the same institution in the same year. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
