Diana Coardos

Diana Coardos is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting. At Databricks, from May 2022 to February 2024, Diana served as a Staff Technical Recruiter, pioneering the recruitment of technical teams in LATAM and establishing foundational elements for long-term growth, while also managing compensation alignment and headcount planning. Prior to this, as a Senior Technical Recruiter, Diana contributed to scaling the technical organization across multiple functions. At Google, from July 2018 to April 2022, Diana held several key roles, including Staffing Partner, where expertise was utilized to attract top product leaders, and as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager, focused on equitable hiring practices. Diana began as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon and gained initial experience as an HR Shared Service Center Intern at AkzoNobel. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from DePaul University and has furthered knowledge through Coursera.
