Eryk Dobrushkin

Eryk Dobrushkin is a professional with experience in strategy and operations, currently working at Databricks since 2022. In this role, Eryk engages in company-wide strategy, operations, and special projects, and also serves as Deputy Chief of Staff, supporting the Co-Founder and CEO, Ali Ghodsi. Prior to this, Eryk was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group from 2019 to 2022, focusing on B2B SaaS product strategy, go-to-market initiatives, pricing and packaging, mergers and acquisitions, as well as business and operational planning. Eryk also held the position of Seattle Recruiting Director at BCG and holds an AB in Applied Math and Economics from Harvard University.
