Mohamed Hegazy

Mohamed Hegazy is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in field engineering and technical sales, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Field Engineering at Databricks since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mohamed Hegazy had a long tenure at IBM from January 2004 to July 2021, where roles included Cloud and Cognitive Technical Leader for Financial & Government Services, and leading teams focused on Data and AI, resulting in significant business growth. Mohamed Hegazy also held leadership positions in Digital Business Automation, managing technical teams across the MEA region while providing critical support to local consulting and sales teams. Earlier experience includes a Java Developer and Middleware Developer position at Global Business Systems. Mohamed Hegazy holds a Business Insights and Strategy certification from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cairo University.
