Rajiv Balanathan

Rajiv Balanathan is an experienced program and project manager currently serving at Databricks since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rajiv spent over a decade at Cognizant, ascending through various positions to become a Senior Manager of Projects from February 2010 to May 2022. Rajiv's career began at Oracle as a Test Analyst from September 2006 to February 2010. Rajiv holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Victoria University (2004 - 2006) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering (1999 - 2003).
