Ravi Dharnikota has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on customer success and field engineering. Ravi has held roles such as VP of Field Engineering and VP of Customer Success at Databricks, where they led teams responsible for customer value and adoption of the platform. Prior to Databricks, they served as the VP of Global Head of Customer Success and Enterprise Architecture at SnapLogic and Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering at CA Technologies. Ravi's career also includes roles at iTKO, Sun Microsystems, and scient, showcasing their expertise in various aspects of technology and customer-focused roles.

Ravi Dharnikota studied Electronics and Communications Engineering for a Bachelor of Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology. Ravi pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Chicago. Ravi also studied Product Management at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and Data Science and Machine Learning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ravi holds additional certifications in Generative AI Fundamentals from Databricks and as a Sun Certified Java Developer.
