Romit Jadhwani is an accomplished data engineering and analytics leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director at Databricks since April 2023, Romit is focused on building the future of data. Prior to this role, Romit held multiple influential positions at Pinterest, including Product Lead for Business Intelligence, where significant contributions included enhancing analytical productivity for over 250 data scientists and analysts and launching key initiatives such as an enterprise data catalog and metrics quality grading. Romit's career also includes impactful roles at Google, where Romit transformed YouTube’s data landscape and developed a cohesive finance data roadmap, and Deloitte Consulting, where Romit defined business rules and managed ETL implementations. Romit holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.
