Ted Maroutsos

Ted Maroutsos has extensive experience in technical writing, IT support, and content management. Initially serving as A/V Tech II at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Ted progressed to PC Support at K&L Gates, followed by a role in IT at Boeing as Mobility Product Manager, managing device life cycles. From 2008 to 2014, Ted worked as a Senior Computer Specialist at the University of Washington. Ted then transitioned to Microsoft as a Technical Writer II, where responsibilities included creating customer-facing content and leading a documentation redesign project for Windows deployment. Currently, Ted is a Writer at Databricks. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in Information Management, both from the University of Washington.
