Mukundan Sridharan

Mukundan Sridharan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years.

Mukundan is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Databuoy Corporation since August 2022.

Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they held multiple roles at ST Engineering iDirect. Mukundan served as a Technical Project Lead on the Velocity project from October 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Principal Engineer in New Product Development from January 2020 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Network Software Engineer (Principal) at TrellisWare Technologies.

Before joining TrellisWare, they worked at The Samraksh Company from 2011 to 2019. Here, they served as a Principal Engineer in Ubiquitous Computing. Mukundan led research projects in the area of Wireless Networks, with a focus on network scaling, protocol designs, and portable framework designs for military networks. Mukundan also worked as an Assistant Principal Investigator on DARPA's C2E and Fixed Wireless At Distance Programs. In addition, they led projects on energy-efficient MAC implementations and real-time modifications.

In 2011, they briefly worked as a Research Fellow at OARnet, The Ohio State University.

Mukundan'scareer began at The Ohio State University in 2005, where they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) until 2010.

Mukundan Sridharan began their education journey at the University of Madras, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Mukundan attended this institution from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they joined The Ohio State University, where they completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003. Mukundan continued their academic pursuits at The Ohio State University and earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Computer Science from 2003 to 2010.
