Reid Byers

Reid Byers has worked in the technology industry since 2013. Reid began their career at the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) as an Integration Specialist. In 2015, they joined Data Collaborative as a Senior Solutions Architect. During their time there, they also held the roles of Solutions Architect, Advanced Database Developer, and Database Developer. As a Solutions Architect, Reid was responsible for consulting with clients to architect intuitive Quickbase applications, developing scripts, integrations, and web portals using PHP, Python, and JavaScript/Node.js, leading local chapters in RPA (robotic process automation) and Workato, and regularly attending client meetings to gauge needs and provide personalized consulting.

Reid Byers has a diverse educational background. In 2002, they graduated from Princeton High School with a diploma. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Champlain College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Digital Filmmaking. From 2013 to 2015, they took graduate-level courses at the Harvard Extension School, studying Information Technology. In 2017, they completed a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, Byers has obtained several certifications, including Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A2019) in 2021, 2018 Quick Base App Builder Certification and 2018 Quick Base Expert App Builder Certification in 2018.
