Stacey Tomasoni

Stacey Tomasoni is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director and Director for ANZ at Datacom since June 2008, where expertise in customer experience (CX), service design, operational mastery, automation, and actionable insights is applied to solve complex organizational challenges. Previous roles include Operations Director for Northern Europe at International SOS, where responsibility encompassed service team management and operational efficiency, along with significant positions at Visa International and Roche Pharmaceuticals focused on customer service. Stacey holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and additional qualifications in Six Sigma and contact centre management, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in French, Spanish, and Linguistics from UNSW.
