Matthew Neal

Matthew Neal has extensive experience in the real estate appraisal field, currently serving as an Appraiser at Datacomp Appraisal Services since May 2018, where responsibilities include appraising mobile and manufactured homes for lenders and private clients. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Sales Manager at 4One Enterprises, LLC from August 2011 to May 2018, and served as the Spiritual Formation Director at Calvary Schools of Holland from July 2006 to July 2011, overseeing community outreach programs and international trips while also teaching and coordinating chapel services. Earlier experience includes working as an Apprentice Real Estate Appraiser at Scott Kelly Appraisers, LLC from March 2003 to July 2006, focusing on site inspections and valuation data collection. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in International Ministry from Moody Bible Institute and completed real estate appraisal training at Career Webschool Michigan.
