Janita Sluurman

Janita Sluurman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data leadership and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Chapter Lead Advanced Data Professionals at alliander, Janita drives innovative data initiatives and fosters cross-functional collaboration. As Chief Data Officer and Board Member at Datacompetent B.V., Janita developed the DS3© Framework and led Agile teams to enhance the Data365 platform while promoting data literacy as chairwoman of the Round Table Dataliteracy. Previous roles include Head of Data at Eurofiber, where data maturity was improved by 50%, and Professional Diving Instructor at PADI, training over 200 individuals. Janita holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts from Utrecht University, underpinned by a robust foundation in communication and information studies.
