Karine Gigodot

Karine Gigodot is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, municipal law, and business management. Currently serving as Directrice juridique at both ONECORP and DATACORP since January 2022, Karine also holds the position of Conseillère municipale déléguée aux affaires juridiques, aux acquisitions et cessions foncières for Ville de Grasse, beginning in March 2020. Previously, Karine was President of the Tribunal de Commerce de Grasse from January 2017 to March 2020 and gained expertise in regulatory matters within the fragrance and perfume industry through various roles, including Business Manager at Sophia Business Angels in 2023 and multiple positions focused on regulatory affairs from 1994 to 2018. Karine holds a Master’s degree in Law from Université Côte d'Azur and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
