Natasha Massias

Natasha Massias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, customer support, and solution architecture. Currently serving as a Solution Architect at Datacubed Health since January 2022, Natasha supports sales teams by delivering product demonstrations and developing custom demo assets. Previously, as a Learning and Development Leader at Ilera Healthcare/TerrAscend, Natasha created onboarding training for over 700 employees. Additionally, Natasha held various roles at Clinical Ink, where innovations in training format significantly improved comprehension and sales objectives. Natasha's earlier experience includes customer support roles at FXPRIMUS and Sterling Leather. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
