Chiara Bustamante, MSc, has extensive experience in human resources and talent strategy, currently serving as a People Partner at Datadog. Previously, Chiara held key positions such as Executive Director of People & Talent Strategy at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc., and Director of Human Resources at Butterfly Network, Inc., where responsibilities included HR business partnering and talent development. Chiara contributed as a member at TroopHR and engaged in research as a Graduate Research Student in Behavioral Science and Organizational Psychology at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Chiara earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from LSE, complemented by studies at New York University.
