Junaid Ahmed

Junaid Ahmed currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Datadog, focusing on the development of application performance monitoring services and enhancing the developer experience. Previously, Junaid held the position of Director of Engineering at Apple, where leadership encompassed privacy-preserving machine learning, search, and advertising initiatives. Prior to Apple, Junaid spent over 15 years at Microsoft as General Manager and Partner Group Engineering Manager, where contributions included the design and development of Microsoft’s web data infrastructure supporting Bing, Azure, and Office products, alongside expertise in machine learning and distributed systems. Junaid holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
