Xurxo Paz

Xurxo Paz has a diverse professional background in customer success, sales, and production management. Currently serving as a Manager for Enterprise & Majors Accounts in the Customer Success division at Datadog from October 2023 until December 2024, Xurxo has previously held roles including Manager of Enterprise Customer Success for the UKI and Nordics regions and Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager focusing on Strategic Enterprise and Majors Accounts. Prior experience includes an Inbound Sales Representative position at Zendesk and roles in production management at Web Summit and Piranha Arts AG. Xurxo began a career in the audio and events sector with EQ Audio and Events, where duties included Production Manager and Senior Account Manager. Xurxo holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and a degree in Sound Engineering and Music Technology from EISV (Escuela de Imagen y Sonido de Vigo).
