Yahaira Villafane, MBA, serves as the Director of Legal Operations at Datadog since October 2021, focusing on developing and enhancing team processes and systems. Prior to this role, Yahaira held the position of Legal Operations Manager at Audible for over four years, where significant contributions included creating a self-serve contracting solution and managing the legal team's training roadmap. Earlier experience includes roles as a Legal Operations Specialist at Broadridge Financial Solutions and Corporate Paralegal at John Wiley and Sons, among others.
