Penn Little has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Penn started their career in 2014 as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Crestview Capital Partners, where they focused on acquiring and building outpatient behavioral health clinics. In 2016, they became a Partner and Founder at CCP Midwest Property Holdings LLC.

In 2017, Penn founded and served as the Managing Partner of Bar Nothin' Capital Management LLC, an investment management firm with a focus on healthcare resiliency. Penn managed both private equity assets and various financial instruments in this role.

Penn's next role was as a Contributor at Seeking Alpha from 2018 to 2020, where they contributed written content. Penn also became a Contributor at Medium in November 2018.

Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Finance and a focus in Business Marketing from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
