Datagate Telecom Billing

Datagate is a cloud-based billing engine and customer self-service portal that manages the data aggregation, rating, billing and analysis of service usage. It makes complex billing easy and inexpensive, enabling resellers to differentiate their offerings in what are often commodity markets. There are significant changes happening to the way thatbusiness is being transacted today, which include a big shift towards usage billing, services rather than products, online immediacy, convergence of online services and the development of new reseller channels.Customers today prefer to interact with their suppliers online – at a time that suits them, rather than that which suits the supplier. Customers want transparency. They want to see where their money is being spent. They want to know they are getting the best deal and the best service. The billing of services, particularly telecommunication, utility and cloud services, requires the processing of huge amounts of specialised data. The processed data needs to be accurate, well presented and available on-line. Datagate makes it easy to bill, manage and white label new streams of recurring revenue.
