Marcus Morissette

Marcus Morissette is a seasoned privacy and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both legal and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Head of Privacy at Gloo since June 2023, Marcus also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Datagiene, Inc. since May 2019. In the U.S. Navy Reserve since January 2002, Marcus holds the position of Reserve Force Judge Advocate, advising on information warfare matters. Previous roles include Chief Privacy & Cybersecurity Counsel at Argo Group, Senior Privacy & Cybersecurity Advisor at Fenwick & West, and Chief Privacy Officer at eBay, overseeing privacy initiatives across major brands. Additionally, Marcus co-founded both Concise Consulting and Sentinel, LLC, and operated a private law practice. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Idaho College of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland.
