Elias Kokaly

Elias Kokaly currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at DataGrail, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Elias was the Head of Customer Success at TRM Labs from March 2021 to June 2025, where leadership contributed to a significant expansion from a single-digit customer base to over 500, resulting in millions in annual recurring revenue. Earlier experience includes roles at Bittrex, where responsibilities spanned from Compliance Analyst to Compliance Team Lead, and research work at Michigan State University's Political Science Department, focusing on terrorism-related data analysis. Internships with the House Committee on Homeland Security and the City of Detroit further enriched Elias’ background in research and policy development. Elias holds a Bachelor's Degree in World Politics and a Minor in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Michigan State University.
