Mark Schäfer is the CIO & Chief Information Security Officer at Datagroup. Mark has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry. Mark has held various positions at Datagroup and T-Systems International GmbH, including Head of Contract & Service Enabling, Senior Director TC Tools & IT Demand Management, Senior Director Operating Core Tools & Systems, Head of International Access Support (Local Loop sourcing), Head of Outsourcing Vendor Management, Head of Value Added Service Operation, Head of System Management Center Munich, and International Project Manager. Mark Schäfer has a degree in Electrical Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, a leading German university. Mark also has a Master's in Business Administration from INSEAD, one of the world's top business schools. Mark has completed an Executive Development Program at INSEAD's Singapore and Fontainbleau campuses. Mark also has a project management qualification from Cardiff University in the UK.
