Hayden Curry

Hayden Curry is the founder of The Copper Spiral, where they focus on poetic brand storytelling and copywriting. They currently serve as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition & People Operations at DataKindness, overseeing recruitment and HR leadership. With over a decade of experience in recruitment, well-being, and leadership development, Hayden has also held positions as a Sales Marketing Manager at lululemon and a Senior Provider Recruiter at Mindpath Health. As a passionate advocate for women’s health and mental health, Hayden integrates mindful leadership into their community-building efforts, and they are a published author and keynote speaker. Currently, they pursue a Bachelor’s in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Oklahoma State University.
