Kanika Nagpal has over ten years of experience in the human resources field. Kanika began their career at WNS Global Services as an executive in 2008. In 2010, they transitioned to Serco as an HR manager. In 2012, they joined SirionLabs as a senior HR specialist. Kanika Nagpal currently works as a talent acquisition specialist at Talhive.

Kanika Nagpal has completed their MBA in human resource from IMT Ghaziabad.
