Joseph Potvin

Joseph Potvin is currently the Executive Director at Xalgorithms Foundation where Joseph leads a community of co-designers focusing on "An Internet of Rules". Joseph is also the Director General at Moose Consortium Inc., working on developing interprovincial passenger railways. In addition, Joseph serves as the Free/Libre/Open Strategist at DataKinetics and as the Operations Management Economist at The Opman Company. Their previous experience includes roles at Treasury Board Secretariat, Public Works and Government Services Canada, and International Development Research Centre. Joseph holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Quebec, a Master's in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor's in Economics from McGill University.
