Snezhana Panchenko

Snezhana Panchenko has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Snezhana started their career as an HR Admin Trainee at Hays, where they sourced and screened candidates for major pharmaceutical clients and collaborated with recruiters on talent acquisition planning. Snezhana then joined MTS Group as a Technical Recruiter, where they utilized various platforms such as job sites, LinkedIn, and social media to source and screen candidates. Snezhana also created talent pools and talent maps based on client requests. Following this, Snezhana worked at Moscow Exchange as a Technical Recruiter, handling the full cycle of recruiting and sourcing candidates through various channels. Snezhana also played a role in HR marketing projects and contributed to the company's LinkedIn HR brand. Currently, they are employed at DataMilk as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Snezhana Panchenko obtained a Masters degree in Psychology from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia between the years 2017 and 2020. In the year 2022, they also pursued an additional degree in Human Resources Management/Personal Administration, General from the Higher School of Economics.
