Allie Fauer has a diverse work experience with various roles. Allie started their career as an Interior Design Intern at Studio Partnership llc in 2012, where they organized materials and updated job binders for hospitality projects. In 2014, they worked as an Architecture Intern at Gilmore Group, creating drawings and visualizations for bank refurbishment projects. Additionally, they served as an Enrichment Assistant at MOST - Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science & Technology, teaching STEM education to middle school students and assisting with purchasing 3D printers. Allie also worked as a Design Assistant at Echo, where they designed public art projects and created 3D models.

In 2016, Allie became a mentor at Advocates Incorporated, supporting an individual with Autism and documenting progress. Allie then attended The Grace Hopper Program as a student in 2017 before working as a Teaching Fellow at Fullstack Academy of Code, where they converted form components and mentored students.

Allie joined Dataminr in 2018, starting as a Software Engineer I before being promoted to Software Engineer II and later to Senior Software Engineer. Allie has been involved in software development and engineering, contributing to the company's technological advancements.

Allie Fauer's education history includes attending Fullstack Academy in 2017 where they focused on Fullstack Javascript. Prior to that, they went to CareerFoundry from 2015 to 2016 to study UX Design. Moreover, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Environmental Design from Maryland Institute College of Art between 2009 and 2013.
