Felize Chua

Felize Chua is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Business Partners at Dataminr since November 2022. Prior to this role, Felize held the position of Director, People Business Partners & Workplace at Copado, where responsibilities included overseeing Workplace functions in addition to people partnerships. Previous experience includes roles at Intercom as a Human Resources Business Partner, Federal-Mogul Motorparts in a hybrid HR Generalist/Business Partner role, and various positions in HR and marketing internships. Felize began the academic journey with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
