Lindsey Hedrick began their professional career in 2018 as a Server at Pappo's Pizzeria and Pub, where they provided excellent customer service and worked effectively with their team. In 2019, they gained experience as an Intern at the Prosecuting Attorney's Office of Christian County, where they assisted victim advocates and legal assistants with case files, attended court proceedings, and transcribed jail calls. Lindsey also worked as a Sales Associate at Dillard's Inc., where they learned point-of-sale systems and organized inventory. Additionally, they interned at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, performing case analysis and management duties. In 2019, Lindsey worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, where they acquired product knowledge and provided personalized shopping experiences. In 2020, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Marymount University. From 2020 to 2021, Lindsey served as a Research Analyst and Intern at Kiernan Group Holdings (KGH), specializing in preparedness planning and education for businesses. Lindsey also co-authored a children's book series related to pandemic preparedness. In 2021, they interned as an Intelligence Research Analyst at NW3C, Inc., and later assumed the role of Project Coordinator at the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Finally, Lindsey is currently employed as a Client Engagement Associate at Dataminr since 2022.

Lindsey Hedrick received a Bachelor's degree from Drury University in 2019, majoring in Psychology and Criminology with a minor in Law and Society. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology at Marymount University from 2019 to 2021. In May 2022, Lindsey also obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
