Customer Success Manager, Social Good at Dataminr

Rachel Mikulsky-Cutino has a variety of work experience across multiple industries. Rachel currently works at Dataminr as a Customer Success Manager, supporting the United Nations and NGOs in utilizing AI and machine learning technologies for humanitarian and sustainable development initiatives. In this role, they also manage the Crisis Response Program. Prior to their current position, Rachel worked at Lytx, Inc. for several years. Rachel served as a Senior Trial Success Manager, overseeing the implementation of machine vision and artificial intelligence safety technology in thousands of vehicles across the United States. Rachel also developed standard operating procedures, managed trial activities, and acted as a subject matter expert on hardware provisioning. Before Lytx, they worked at eLearning Mind as a Project Manager and at SILVR Social as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for content management, social media, editorial calendars, budget management, copy editing, and creative collaboration. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as a Buyer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and as a Client Services Manager/Trust & Safety Manager at Homejoy. Rachel also co-founded a design collective called Eclective, where they utilized their design expertise for creating memorable experiences, events, and installations. Rachel has additional experience working as a Public Consultation Assistant at Soundings/Fluid and as part of a sustainability education project at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, University of The Arts London.

Rachel Mikulsky-Cutino is a current student at Georgetown University where they are pursuing a Master of Emergency and Crisis Management. Rachel began their studies in 2021 and is expected to complete their degree in 2023. Prior to this, Rachel attended the University of the Arts London from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Creative Practice for Narrative Environments. Before their time in London, they studied at the University of St Andrews from 2005 to 2009, earning an MA Hons/BA in Sustainable Development. Rachel completed their high school education at St. Ignatius College Preparatory, receiving their High School Diploma in 2005. Additionally, they attended The Oxbow School in 2004, where they studied Art, Science, and Literature.
