Her background includes involvement in early-stage companies that were funded by venture capital.
From 2009 to April of this year, Kathleen was the President and CEO of United Healthcare of Florida, Inc. Community Plan. A wholly owned subsidiary of United HealthCare Group, an NYSE Fortune 20 company, the Florida Plan is one of the largest providers of managed care services to the Medicaid population in Florida. Before United, Kathleen spent 9 years with the Centene Corporation, an NYSE Company where she was President and CEO of Managed Health Services of Wisconsin and President and CEO of Buckeye Community Health Plan of Ohio.
