Carlos Javier Mesa Brizuela

Carlos Javier Mesa Brizuela has extensive experience in market research and social sciences, currently serving as Coordinator at Datanalisis, C.A. since June 2016, specializing in qualitative market research design and coordination. Additionally, since February 2014, Carlos holds the position of Consultant at the Instituto de Investigaciones Dr. Rodolfo Quintero FACES UCV, focusing on the systematization of human development indicators and poverty studies. Previously, Carlos was the Head of Office for HIAS Venezuela from October 2018 to July 2020. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Social Sciences obtained from Universidad Central de Venezuela (2015 - 2019) and a Sociology degree from the same institution (1999 - 2005).
