Kim Norman

Kim Norman has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kim started their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Manager at McLane Company, Inc. Kim then joined VT Group in 2005 as a Senior Human Resources Manager - Benefits, a role they held for nearly a decade. In 2014, they became the Director of Human Resources at DataPath, Inc., where they are currently employed.

Kim Norman has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from The University of Georgia. They also hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development from the University of South Carolina.
