Manoj Joshi

Manoj Joshi has over 30 years of work experience across various industries and roles. Manoj started their career as an Environmental Scientist at Development Alternatives, where they gained a strong foundation in understanding human development and environmental quality. Manoj later founded their own company, Earth Resources Management and Environmental Consultants, where they worked as a Project Consultant.

In 1997, Manoj joined Progress Software Corp as a Software QA Engineer and was later promoted to QA Lead. Manoj was responsible for testing and verifying software releases and leading a team of QA professionals.

In 2000, Manoj joined BeVocal as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led teams in software quality assurance, release engineering, and test tools development. Manoj also organized classes and workshops on leadership, stress management, work-life balance, and team development.

Manoj then joined TuVox as a Senior Software Engineer and QA Manager. Manoj led teams in software quality assurance, technical support, training, and development. Manoj also conducted mindfulness-based webinars and workshops for Sales and Marketing Professionals, focusing on aligning personal and professional goals with the corporate vision.

In 2007, Manoj founded wellnessbyallmeans.com, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Manoj led the company for over 13 years, developing and disseminating guided meditations and visualizations aimed at promoting business goals, conscious leadership development, team building, and productivity enhancement.

In 2020, Manoj joined Wajooba as a Scrum Master, leading agile teams in the software development lifecycle. Manoj continued to hone their skills in agile methodologies, team building, and project management.

Most recently, in 2022, Manoj joined DataPelago as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach Consultant. Manoj has a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and has successfully led agile teams, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Manoj Joshi pursued their education at Utkal University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science.
