Ashleigh Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and infrastructure migration. Ashleigh is currently working as the Head of Project Delivery at DataQube Global since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager at Hampshire Trust Bank from May 2021 to November 2021.
Before joining Hampshire Trust Bank, Ashleigh worked at NatWest Markets for six years from 2015 to 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Senior Project Manager and was responsible for managing the exit of applications and infrastructure from London Datacentres, overseeing physical infrastructure migration, managing suppliers and third parties, and planning large SAN and NAS storage migrations, among other responsibilities.
Ashleigh also gained experience at Royal Bank of Scotland, where they worked as a Project Manager for technology refresh and datacentre migrations between 2011 and 2015. Ashleigh also worked as a Project Manager at Deutsche Bank in 2010, Lehman Brothers (in Administration) from 2009 to 2010, and the Department of Internal Affairs as a Project Coordinator from 2009 to 2009.
Their earlier roles include working as a Project Coordinator at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2008. Overall, Ashleigh's work experience showcases their expertise in managing complex projects and infrastructure migrations in the banking and financial industry.
Ashleigh Martin received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University, studying from the year 2020 to 2026. Prior to that, they attended The University of Waikato from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a BCS degree in Public Relations and Media. In addition to their formal education, Ashleigh has obtained certifications in Agile Foundation & Practitioner from APMG International in April 2021 and Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera in August 2018.
